03 / Refunds and Returns Policy

Final-sale and issue review

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final once an order has been processed. Returns are accepted only when a product arrives damaged, the wrong item was shipped, or an order error is verified by SynthRUO.

Issues must be reported within seven days of delivery with order details, photographs when applicable, and any requested supporting information. Products must remain sealed, unused, unaltered, and in original condition.

SynthRUO may deny a return, refund, replacement, or credit when a product has been opened, altered, mishandled, improperly stored, or the claim cannot be verified. Missing-item claims are reviewed against packing, order, and shipment records.

If a carrier confirms non-delivery, SynthRUO may issue a replacement or another resolution at its discretion. When tracking confirms delivery, SynthRUO is not responsible for packages reported lost, stolen, misplaced, or misdelivered after delivery confirmation.

Chargeback abuse, false claims, or fraudulent disputes may result in account termination, refusal of service, and further review.

Payment follows order review

SynthRUO does not accept online payments through the website. Checkout places an order in pending review status.

If accepted, SynthRUO may email payment instructions for Zelle or bank deposit. Orders are not processed, packed, released, or shipped until payment is received, verified, and approved.

Follow only instructions provided directly through official SynthRUO communication. Do not submit payment to another account, number, email address, or banking destination, and never submit banking credentials through website forms.

Payment does not guarantee order approval. SynthRUO may cancel or refuse an order for payment issues, suspected fraud, compliance concerns, incomplete information, or prohibited intended use. If declined after payment review, an appropriate refund or resolution may be issued based on the circumstances.

Processing and carrier delivery

Processing begins only after account review, checkout acknowledgment, order acceptance, and payment verification. Timing may vary with order volume, verification needs, weather, carrier delays, holidays, inventory status, or compliance review.

Customers are responsible for a complete and accurate shipping address. SynthRUO is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

After transfer to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. SynthRUO is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, misdelivery, weather delays, or other issues outside its control after shipment release. Tracking confirmation is treated as delivery confirmation.

SynthRUO may restrict shipping locations or refuse shipment when legal, compliance, carrier, or safety concerns exist. Products must be received, handled, stored, and used only by qualified individuals for lawful laboratory in-vitro research.
